1. Operation, maintenance and maintenance of compressor must be carried out by qualified personnel.

2. The compressor is not reversible. After initial start-up or electric control system maintenance, it is necessary to first confirm whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the regulation before the compressor starts.

3. When the high temperature components are removed, the temperature must be cooled to the ambient temperature before it can be carried out.

4. Recommended oil for screw compressor. The oil of different brands is not allowed to mix.

5. Do not make any modifications or additions to the compressor that affect safety or reliability without the permission of the manufacturer.

6. The original spare parts of the compressor are specially designed and manufactured. The original spare parts are recommended to ensure the reliability and safety of the compressor work.

7. It is absolutely not allowed to jam the suction port of the compressor during operation.

8. The compressed air is not allowed to breathe unless it is indicated that it can be used for breathing.

9. Operate the compressor without pressure or temperature.

10. Once the compressor is found to be abnormal, it should stop the compressor immediately and eliminate the abnormality in time.

11. Maintain and repair the compressor with the correct tools.

12. Confirm that all the safety devices have been reinstalled and the tools have been removed from the compressor after maintenance
